Sports you play: Cross Country and track

Favorite high school sports memory: Walking to the line for the 3200m at the state track meet my junior year.

Plans after high school: Attend Mississippi College and run on their cross country and track teams.

What do you plan to major in? Kinesiology

Favorite song: “Celebrate Me Home”

Favorite food: Chicken parmesan

Favorite TV show: “That ‘70s Show”

Favorite movie: “Peter Pan”

Who are your role models? Dr. Laura Peyke and Emma Coburn

Which coaches have had the most influence on you? Why? Coach William Ritter because he has taught me the value of consistent training and listening to your body.

Who is your favorite teacher? Mrs. Scruggs. She teaches my health informatics class.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Working as a pediatric physical therapist and traveling the world.

Something about yourself that most people don’t know: I love listening to music on vinyl.

What will you miss most about high school sports? Being able to meet new people, who take part in the same sport, but who also participate in other organizations as well. High school sports are a melting pot of students.
