With spring sports currently suspended, the Tyler Morning Telegraph wants to profile East Texas seniors in those sports in a feature called “From the Sidelines”. What do you plan to major in? Business

Favorite Food: Chicken ‘n’ Dumplings

Favorite Movie: “Interstellar”

Who are your role models? My dad

Which coaches have had the most influence on you? Why? Coach Meeks, because he is a father figure for every athlete that steps into our program. Also, he makes you work as hard as you can even when you don’t want to or when you think you can’t do something.

Who is your favorite teacher? Coach Hubbard, math

Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Working alongside my dad within our family company and possibly starting my own.

Something about yourself that most people don’t know: I wear a size 14 shoe.

What will you miss most about high school sports? I will miss seeing my friends that I have been with everyday since before we even started school. Most of us started playing T-Ball together and have always been on the same team.
