From the Sidelines: Brownsboro’s Alexis Rumbo

With spring sports being canceled, the Tyler Morning Telegraph wants to profile East Texas seniors in those sports in a feature called “From the Sidelines”. Favorite high school sports memory: Making it to the regional tournament with the basketball team this year

Something about yourself that most people don’t know: I started taking mixed marital arts when I was five years old and I hold the rank of a second degree black belt.

What will you miss most about high school sports?: I will definitely miss the competitiveness the most, but also the great relationships and bonds I have made with the underclassmen along the way.
