With spring sports being canceled, the Tyler Morning Telegraph wants to profile East Texas seniors in those sports in a feature called “From the Sidelines”. Sports you play: Football, basketball and track

Favorite high school sports memory: Receiving the Player of the Game award at our homecoming football game.

Plans after high school: Attend Texas A&M and study engineering

Favorite food: Steak

Favorite TV show: The Office

Favorite movie: Inception

Who are your role models? My dad, both of my grandfathers and Iron Man.

Which coaches have had the most influence on you? Why? Coach Thompson, Coach Fox and Coach Robinson, because I spent a lot of quality time with each of them and they taught me valuable life lessons.

Who is your favorite teacher? I really liked all my teachers in high school. I had great ones.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years? Probably working as an engineer and maybe have a family.

Something about yourself that most people don’t know: I like to travel a lot and have lived in four different cities.

What will you miss most about high school sports? Being a part of the team with my friends.
