Chapel Hill’s Adrian Lacy chosen as Defensive Player of the Week for Week 1

Chapel Hill’s Adrian Lacy has been selected as the Tyler Morning Telegraph Defensive Player of the Week.

Lacy was a key player in helping Chapel Hill record its first shutout since Oct. 22, 2010, with a 42-0 win over Crandall.

Lacy sacked the quarterback five times and finished with a total of eight tackles in the contest.
