Second annual Black Wellness Expo set to return to Tyler

EmpowerNet will host the second annual Black Wellness Expo on Feb. 22 from 1 to 4 p.m. at APEC Gym, located at 1543 E Grande Blvd, Tyler.

This event is dedicated to promoting health, fitness, and holistic wellness within the Black community and beyond.



The expo will feature a variety of activities, including:

Vendor Exhibits: Highlighting wellness products, services, and local businesses.

Fitness Challenges: Fun and engaging activities for all fitness levels.

Self-Care Opportunities: Demonstrations to nurture mental and physical well-being and vendors offering self-care services.

Giveaways and More: Exciting prizes, freebies, and interactive experiences for attendees.

“This event is about creating a space where the community can come together to celebrate wellness, connect with resources, and inspire each other to live healthier lives,” said Antwanise Jackson, President and Founder of EmpowerNet. “We are thrilled to return for a second year and build on the success of last year’s event.”

The Black Wellness Expo welcomes all community members to join in a day of empowerment, education, and self-care. Whether you are seeking new fitness tips, wellness products, or opportunities to relax and recharge, organizers say the event will have something for everyone.
