Chapel Hill ISD honors TIA recipients for 2023-24 school year

Chapel Hill ISD recently announced the Texas Incentive Allotment (TIA) recipients for the 2023-24 school year, recognizing 13 newly designated teachers and three who have advanced their designations.
This year, a total of $674,575 in TIA stipend funding was awarded to honor these educators. Since the district’s participation in the TIA program, Chapel Hill ISD has distributed approximately $1.3 million in stipends to support and reward teacher excellence.
In the 2023-24 school year, the district now boasts 51 TIA-designated teachers across various campuses:
- 12 Master Teachers
- 9 Exemplary Teachers
- 30 Recognized Teachers
Superintendent Lamond Dean expressed his appreciation for the hard work and dedication of Chapel Hill ISD’s educators.
“The TIA program allows us to recognize the incredible impact our teachers have on student achievement,” he said. “We are proud to honor these dedicated professionals who continue to raise the bar for education in our district.”
