East Texas Kick-Off Luncheon Aug. 6

The 18th Annual East Texas Kick-Off Luncheon is scheduled for Aug. 6 at the W.T. Brookshire Conference Center, Cindy Smoak, SPORTyler executive director, announced.

The event, sponsored by Azalea Orthopedics and Baylor Scott & White Texas Spine & Joint Hospital and presented by SPORTyler, Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce, Visit Tyler and City of Tyler, is slated from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The lunch sponsor is Spring Creek BBQ.

Greg Tepper, managing editor of Dave Campbell’s Texas Football Magazine and on-air analyst for Bally Sports, is scheduled to be the guest speaker with Michael Coleman, KLTV Sports Director, the emcee.

Players, coaches and administrators from area high school and college football teams will be honored.

This event is open to the public. Tickets are $50 each for Chamber Members, $55 for non-members. Table of 10 is $500.
