Service members celebrated at Texas Veterans Military Show in Bullard

Patriotism is front and center at this weekend’s Texas Veterans Military Show in Bullard.

Saturday’s activities included classic vehicles and military equipment on display to view, a swap met, rides in a military Jeep and more.

At 2 p.m. today, the public is invited to the dedication of a memorial at the American Freedom Museum at Brook Hill School, 1051 N Houston St. in Bullard, honoring the families of service members who were killed in combat.

The event was attended by three Medal of Honor recipients from the Vietnam War.
