Representatives of Tyler Christian radio station KVNE and its parent company, Encourage Media, brought Valentine cheer to some of the patients of UT Health Tyler on Friday.

Each year the station encourages its listeners to make Valentine cards that are delivered to hospital patients and others who could use a bit of cheering up.

Listeners made more than 26,0000 valentines that station representatives distributed at various locations, including UT Health Tyler on Friday.

Becky Brock, Margie Shafer and David Brock were among those who delivered the cards. Bullard High School FFA members and floral design classes also delivered flowers to patients, visitors and staff at UT Health Tyler on Valentine’s Day.
