Chandler kicks off the holiday season by bringing back the Christmas parade

For the first time in decades the city of Chandler hosted a Christmas parade.
The city kicked off the parade as part of a series of Christmas on Main Street events for Small Business Saturday.

About a dozen vehicles made their way down Old Tyler Road, with the occupants waving and throwing candy for children watching.
Kornpop the Clown hyped spectators up as several festive trailer floats preceded Santa Claus himself.
After the parade children had breakfast with Santa at Wade’s Place and went for wagon rides on the floats.
