Around East Texas: Fall revival at Calvary Baptist Church, Brownsboro; Sue Dodge to have concert

The public is invited to a gospel music concert featuring Sue Dodge, a frequent participant in the Gaither Homecoming Series. It will be 6 p.m. Sunday at The Woods Baptist Church, 4502 University Blvd. in Tyler.

It is a free concert with an offering received in support of Dodge’s worldwide ministries.

Calvary Baptist Church in Brownsboro announced it will have a fall revival with evangelists Paul and Vanessa Cherry Nov. 3- 6.

Sunday morning service on Nov. 3 will be 11 and night services will be 7 throughout the revival.

The Cherrys, of Wolfe City, are a highly sought-Iafter husband and wife team who bring understanding of God’s love for all of us, according to information about the event. A love offering will be received to help support their ministries.
