Citizens National Bank to acquire Kilgore National Bank

Citizens National Bank in Henderson will acquire Kilgore National Bank, a community bank with total assets of $83 million as of December 31, 2015. Established in 2000, Kilgore National Bank has three locations serving Kilgore, Tyler and Troup.

Subject to regulatory approval, the transaction is expected to close during the third quarter of 2016.

Citizens National Bank was established in 1930, and is a $1.7 billion community bank that serves East and Central Texas with its network of 28 branches.
