Building permit filed for Skechers USA in Village at Cumberland Park

Tyler Broadway/Centennial LP, of Dallas, filed a permit to finish out a 6,000-square-foot lease space for Skechers USA in The Village at Cumberland Park shopping center, at 8946 S. Broadway Ave., Suite 182. Garrett & Associates is the contractor for the $120,000 project.

East Texas Medical Center is remodeling a 1,000-square-foot X-ray room to accommodate new CT equipment at 1000 S. Beckham Ave. for $182,000. RPR Construction is the contractor.

LaQuinta Inn & Suites is constructing a gunite pool at 2552 SSE Loop 323 for $50,000. Precision Pools Inc., of Longview, is the contractor.

TCMC is remodeling the waiting room of Mike Pile BMW, at 2401 WSW Loop 323, for $45,000.



Verizon Wireless filed a permit for telecommunications at 2336 E. Fifth St. for $3,500. C.A. Bass LLC is the contractor.

Billboard permits were filed by National Outdoor Advertising Inc. for 16469 Texas Highway 31 West and 12216 Highway 31; and by Eastern Outdoor LLC for 310 SSE Loop 323 and 11959 County Road 219.

Sign permits were filed by Design Center Signs Inc. for Mother Francis Trinity Clinic Urgent Care, 5414 S. Broadway; Cartridge World, 1400 WSW Loop 323, Suite 50; and ETMC/CVC/Cardiac Plaza, 2608 McDonald Road.

Sign Masters of Tyler filed permits for 2175 Grande Commons, Don Simmons/Grande Joint Ventures LLC, 2175 W. Grande Blvd.; and Broadway Power Sports, 2850 SSW Loop 323, Brad Watson.

Leon’s Sings Inc. filed permits for Rotolo’s Pizza, 8970 S. Broadway; and I Gotta Bead, 322 ESE Loop 323, Suite 130.

Sign permits were filed for The Vitamin Shoppe, 8922 S. Broadway, Suite 104, $6,766, Tyler Broadway/Centennial, Anchor Sign; and Boba Loompia, 3905 University Blvd., $5,000, Bobaloompia LLC, Sign Mart.

Commercial temporary power permits were filed for Advanced Remedy Center, 1400 WSW Loop 323, Suite 60; Aaron’s, 3555 Chandler Highway; BHP, 7925 S. Broadway, Suite 320; Lane Bryant, 8946 S. Yes Communities/Shiloh Pines filed a permit for a mobile home at 2525 Shiloh Road. Troy McGraw is the contractor.

Alistair and Nancy Tees, of Arp, filed for approval for construction at Lake Tyler East for a chain link fence at 15174 E. Ridge Road. Pinnacle Fence is the contractor.

Driveway permits were filed by Martin Martinez, 6344 Manchester Court; Nacho Concrete, 1445 Elk River Road; Allen Terrell, Fairfield Lane; Francis Concrete, 6988 Park Slope; and Schmidt Concrete, 744 Hampton Hill.

There also were 14 HVAC permits, one residential temporary electrical service permits and six duct testing reports filed.
