WEATHER ADVISORY: Heart Walk canceled due to inclement weather

The Tyler Heart Walk set for Saturday at the Robert E. Lee Track and Field has been canceled due to impending inclement and dangerous weather across Smith County this weekend.

“We regret having to cancel this annual celebration of the work we are doing to end heart disease and stroke in our community,” said Brandi Russell, the American Heart Association director for Tyler. “But the safety and well-being of our walkers, volunteers, and supporters must remain our top priority.”
