Hurts finished 16-of-20 passing for 236 yards as the Eagles (5-2) won their third straight. Saquon Barkley eclipsed the 100-yard rushing mark for the second straight game and fourth time this season, finishing with 108 yards on 22 carries.
It was the first win in six visits to Cincinnati for the Eagles, while the Bengals (3-5) fell to 0-4 this season at home.
Cincinnati quarterback Joe Burrow was held to 234 yards on 26-of-37 passing with one touchdown pass and an interception.
The Bengals did not have their second-leading receiver on the field for the game as Tee Higgins was scratched with a quadriceps injury. It was the third game Higgins has missed this season after not playing in the first two weeks due to a hamstring issue.
The Bengals converted all five of their third downs on their opening 17-play, 70-yard drive, which took 10 minutes off the clock was capped by a 2-yard scoring toss from Burrow to Ja’Marr Chase.
The Eagles tied the game at 10 just before the half when replay ruled Hurts scored on a “Tush Push” from the Cincinnati 1 with 22 seconds remaining in the half.

The Eagles then took the opening drive of the second half and marched 70 yards in eight plays, with Hurts running 7 yards around the right end for his second rushing touchdown and a 17-10 Philadelphia lead.
FALCONS 31, BUCCANEERS 26: Kirk Cousins completed 23 of 29 passes for 276 yards and four touchdowns, leading the visiting Atlanta Falcons to a 31-26 win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday.
Darnell Mooney had five catches for 92 yards and a touchdown, while Kyle Pitts hauled in four receptions for 91 yards and two scores as the Falcons (5-3) improved to 4-0 against NFC South opponents.
Baker Mayfield completed 37 of 50 passes for 330 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions as Tampa Bay (4-4) lost its fourth game in six tries. Cade Otton led the Buccaneers with nine receptions for 81 yards and two scores.
PATRIOTS 25, JETS 22: Rhamondre Stevenson rushed for a go-ahead 1-yard touchdown with 22 seconds remaining to lift the New England Patriots to a 25-22 win over the New York Jets on Sunday afternoon in Foxborough, Mass.
Stevenson then hauled in a two-point conversion pass from backup quarterback Jacoby Brissett as New England (2-6) ended a six-game skid.
New York (2-6) had gone up 22-17 when Braelon Allen ran for a 2-yard score with 2:57 left. However, the Jets came up empty on a two-point conversion attempt, and it ended up costing them.
Brissett was under center because rookie quarterback Drake Maye, the No. 3 overall pick in this year’s draft, sustained a concussion late in the first quarter. Brissett ended up completing 15 of 24 passes for 132 yards.
Maye was 3-of-6 passing for 23 yards prior to exiting. He also had 46 yards and a TD on three carries.
Stevenson finished with 48 yards and two scores on 20 touches.
Aaron Rodgers had 233 yards and two TDs on 17-of-28 passing for the Jets, who dropped their fifth game in a row. Breece Hall rushed 16 times for 80 yards, and Garrett Wilson hauled in five catches for 113 yards.
CARDINALS 28, DOLPHINS 27: Chad Ryland booted a 34-yard field goal with no time remaining to give the Arizona Cardinals a 28-27 victory over the Miami Dolphins on Sunday afternoon at Miami Gardens, Fla.
The winning kick was Ryland’s second straight and third of the season. He made a field goal to beat the San Francisco 49ers on Oct. 6 and another to knock off the Los Angeles Chargers last Monday.
Kyler Murray completed 26 of 36 passes for 307 yards and two touchdowns for Arizona (4-4), which won for the third time in the past four games. The Cardinals never led until Ryland’s kick went through the uprights.
Marvin Harrison Jr. had six receptions for 111 yards and one touchdown, Trey McBride caught nine passes for 124 yards and Michael Wilson had a touchdown catch for the Cardinals (4-4).
James Conner added a rushing score for Arizona.
Miami’s Tua Tagovailoa returned from a concussion and completed 28 of 38 passes for 234 yards and one touchdown as the Dolphins (2-5) achieved a season-high point total. Raheem Mostert rushed for two touchdowns and De’Von Achane totaled 147 yards (97 yards, 50 receiving) and caught a touchdown pass for Miami, which lost for the fifth time in the past six games.
Tagovailoa missed the previous four games after sustaining a concussion in a Week 2 loss to the Buffalo Bills. Miami scored 40 total points in the contests he missed.
The Cardinals moved within 27-25 on Conner’s 2-yard scoring run with 8:47 left in the game. The defense forced a punt and Arizona took over at its own 11-yard line with 5:01 remaining.
Back-to-back plays in which Harrison caught an 18-yard pass and Conner ripped off a 17-yard run moved the Cardinals to the Miami 33. Murray’s 7-yard keeper on third down gave Arizona a first down at the 20, setting up Ryland’s latest clutch kick.
Earlier, Ryland’s 57-yard field goal on the first possession of the third quarter pulled the Cardinals within 13-10.
Tagovailoa answered with a 12-yard touchdown pass to Achane to boost the lead to 10 with 8:31 left.
When the Dolphins next had the ball, Aaron Brewer’s errant shotgun snap was batted through the end zone by Tagovailoa with the safety pulling Arizona within 20-12 with 6:15 left.
LIONS 52, TITANS 14: Kalif Raymond returned a punt 90 yards for a touchdown and added a receiving score as the Detroit Lions overwhelmed the visiting Tennessee Titans 52-14 on Sunday.
Detroit running back David Montgomery had a rushing touchdown and threw for another in the first half. Jared Goff tossed three scoring passes for the Lions (6-1), who maintained the best record in the NFC. Jahmyr Gibbs had a 70-yard scoring run as Detroit surpassed the 50-point mark for the first time since scoring 55 in 1997. Gibbs finished with 127 rushing yards.
Tennessee’s Mason Rudolph passed for a touchdown and ran for another but was also intercepted twice. Calvin Ridley caught 10 passes for 143 yards for the Titans (1-6), who occupy the bottom of the AFC South.
Detroit led 35-14 at halftime.
The Lions took the lead less than five minutes into the contest. Trevor Nowaske picked off a Rudolph pass in Titans territory, giving Detroit the ball at the 23-yard line. Two plays later, Montgomery scored from 7 yards out.
Tennessee tied it with 4:07 left in the quarter on a four-play, 75-yard drive capped by Rudolph’s 11-yard run, his first career rushing touchdown.
It only took one scrimmage play to put Detroit back on top. Goff handed the ball to Gibbs, who cut to his left and raced down the left sideline on his 70-yard run.
The Titans came right back with a 70-yard drive, capped by Rudolph’s 5-yard scoring pass to Nick Westbrook-Ikhine. That knotted the score at 14-all.
Once again, the Lions responded quickly. Khalil Dorsey’s 72-yard kick return set up Goff’s 8-yard touchdown pass to Brock Wright.
Kerby Joseph’s interception led to the Lions’ next score, a 1-yard pass from Goff to Amon-Ra St. Brown.
Detroit scored again with 2:18 left in the half after a 64-yard punt return by Raymond. Goff pitched the ball to Montgomery, who fired a 3-yard scoring pass to Sam LaPorta.
Raymond returned Ryan Stonehouse’s punt 90 yards for the Lions’ sixth touchdown early in the second half. A Ridley fumble led to the Lions’ next score, a 7-yard pass from Goff to Raymond.
BROWNS 29, RAVENS 24: Jameis Winston has given the Cleveland Browns hope.
The veteran quarterback threw a 38-yard touchdown pass to Cedric Tillman with 59 seconds remaining on Sunday as Cleveland stunned the visiting Baltimore Ravens 29-24.
Winston completed 27 of 41 passes for 334 yards with three touchdowns in his first start since 2022. The 30-year-old stepped in after Deshaun Watson suffered a season-ending Achilles injury last Sunday and backup Dorian Thompson-Robinson injured his finger in relief of Watson.
Tillman had seven catches for 99 yards with two touchdowns. His winning score came one play after Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton dropped an interception that could have sealed the win for Baltimore (5-3).
Cleveland (2-6) snapped its five-game skid and ended the Ravens’ five-game win streak.
Baltimore running back Derrick Henry ran for a 2-yard touchdown with 2:36 remaining that put the Ravens up 24-23. Henry, who entered the game leading the NFL with 873 yards rushing, finished with 73 yards on 11 carries.
Browns linebacker Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah, who leads the team with 54 tackles, was carted off the field with a neck injury in the third quarter.
Baltimore quarterback Lamar Jackson threw for 289 yards with two touchdowns. However, Jackson was hampered by several drops by his wide receivers.
Browns running Nick Chubb, playing in his second game since recovering from a knee injury in 2023, finished with 52 yards on 16 carries.
Cleveland took a 13-10 lead on the opening drive of the second half when David Njoku caught a 23-yard touchdown pass from Winston.
The Ravens went up 17-13 with 4:42 left in the third quarter on Mark Andrews’s 7-yard touchdown reception, his 10th career score against the Browns.
Cleveland eclipsed the 20-point mark for the first time this season on its next drive. Another miscommunication in the Ravens’ secondary allowed Tillman to catch a pass over the middle and score a 22-yard touchdown for a 20-17 lead.
Justin Tucker missed a 50-yard field goal attempt that would have tied the game early in the fourth quarter. Dustin Hopkins gave the Browns a 23-17 lead on a 48-yard field goal with 4:55 left.
Baltimore was short-handed on defense. Cornerbacks Marlon Humphrey (knee) and Nate Wiggins (shoulder/illness) were both ruled out before the game, and outside linebacker David Ojabo was a healthy scratch.
Hamilton gave the Ravens momentum at the end of the first half when he strip-sacked Watson in Cleveland territory. Baltimore recovered and cashed in with Nelson Agholor’s first touchdown of the season, an 11-yard reception that put the visitors up 10-6 at halftime.
PACKERS 30, JAGUARS 27: Brandon McManus booted a game-winning field goal as time expired for the second straight week, and the Green Bay Packers survived an injury to quarterback Jordan Love in a 30-27 victory over the host Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday afternoon.
Playing in his second game since signing with the Packers, McManus made a 24-yard field goal to lift Green Bay (6-2) to its fourth consecutive victory. He also kicked a game-winner in his team debut last week against Houston.
Josh Jacobs ran for 127 yards and two touchdowns on 25 carries for the Packers. That performance was crucial after Love appeared to aggravate the left knee injury that forced him to miss two games earlier this season, and was visibly limping throughout the second quarter of Sunday’s game.
The Packers later said Love suffered a groin injury.
Malik Willis replaced Love to open the second half and finished the game.
Before exiting, Love completed 14 of 22 passes for 196 yards and an interception.
Willis threw only five passes in the second half, but completed four of them for 56 yards, including a 3-yard touchdown pass to tight end Tucker Kraft that gave the Packers a 27-17 lead with 14:06 left in the fourth quarter.
But Trevor Lawrence nearly led the Jaguars (2-6) to what would have been their third win in four games following an 0-4 start.
Lawrence completed 21 of 32 passes for 308 yards, two touchdowns and one interception. He also ran for a touchdown.
With 1:48 left in the fourth, Lawrence found tight end Evan Engram for a 14-yard touchdown pass to tie the game at 27.
But although the Packers leaned heavily on the running game in the second half, Willis made the one big throw he needed to when he found Jayden Reed deep downfield for a 51-yard gain to the Jaguars’ 15-yard line.
Green Bay picked up one more first down on the ground, setting up McManus’ winner.
Tank Bigsby led Jacksonville’s running game with 78 yards on 18 carries. Brian Thomas Jr. caught three passes for 60 yards and a touchdown that gave Jacksonville a brief 17-13 lead in the third quarter.
BILLS 31, SEAHAWKS 10: James Cook rushed for a season-high 111 yards and two touchdowns as the Buffalo Bills defeated the host Seattle Seahawks 31-10 in a matchup of division leaders on a sloppy Sunday afternoon.
Josh Allen completed 24 of 34 passes for 283 yards and two scores for the AFC East-leading Bills (6-2), who won their third game in a row. Khalil Shakir grabbed a career-high nine receptions for 107 yards.
The NFC West-leading Seahawks (4-4), who lost for the fourth time in their past five games, managed just 233 yards of total offense without leading receiver DK Metcalf, who suffered a sprained medial collateral ligament last week at Atlanta.
Geno Smith completed 21 of 29 passes for 212 yards with an interception.
The teams combined for 24 penalties, the most in a game in the NFL this season.
CHARGERS 26, SAINGS 8: Justin Herbert threw for 279 yards and two touchdowns Sunday as the Los Angeles Chargers stopped the struggling New Orleans Saints 26-8 in Inglewood, Calif.
Herbert completed 20 of 32 passes, the biggest one a 60-yard scoring strike to rookie receiver Ladd McConkey with 8:48 left in the third quarter. McConkey caught a deep throw over Alontae Taylor, broke a tackle and split two defenders down the middle of the field to reach the end zone.
McConkey finished with six catches for 111 yards and two scores, making him the first Charger rookie receiver to get 100 yards and a touchdown in a game since Keenan Allen did it in 2013. J.K. Dobbins added a score for Los Angeles (4-3).
New Orleans (2-6) dropped its sixth straight game and again struggled to generate offense with starting quarterback Derek Carr (oblique) sidelined for the third straight game. Rookie Spencer Rattler started and went 12 of 24 for 156 yards before being hooked in the third quarter for Jake Haener.
The switch didn’t produce the result coach Dennis Allen wanted as Haener was 9 of 17 for 122 yards. The Saints were outgained 378-366 and absorbed five sacks.
COMMANDERS 18, BEARS 15: Jayden Daniels threw a 52-yard Hail Mary pass to Noah Brown on the final play and the Washington Commanders beat the visiting Chicago Bears 18-15 on Sunday.
Roschon Johnson had scored from one yard out with 23 seconds left in regulation and the Bears complete the two-point conversion to take a 15-12 lead after trailing 12-0. That left just enough time for the Commanders to return the ensuing kickoff to the 24, then complete two short passes and set up the game-winning heave as time expired.
The Commanders improved to 6-2. The Bears are 4-3.
BRONCOS 28, PANTHERS 14: Rookie quarterback Bo Nix threw for three touchdowns and ran for another and the Denver Broncos kept visiting Carolina’s sluggish offense in check in beating the Panthers 28-14 on Sunday.
Nix completed 28 of 37 throws for 284 yards, with 11 Broncos making at least one reception.
The return of quarterback Bryce Young, the 2023 draft’s first overall pick, to a starting role didn’t provide much of a spark for the Panthers (1-7) even though the team produced the game’s first touchdown.
Young, who made his first start since the season’s second game, was 24-for-37 for 224 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions as Carolina lost its fifth consecutive game. Andy Dalton, who started the past five games at quarterback for the Panthers, was the backup after sustaining a minor thumb injury in an automobile accident Tuesday.
The season isn’t half complete and the Panthers already have lost to three teams with rookie starting quarterbacks (Caleb Williams, Chicago Bears and Jayden Daniels, Washington Commanders).
