East Texas natives Kacey Musgraves, Lee Ann Womack nab Grammy nominations

Two East Texas natives are up for 2019 Grammy Awards.
Golden native Kacey Musgraves received four nominations:
- Her album “Golden Hour” is up for Album of the Year and Best Country Album;
- “Space Cowboy,” a song in which she shares writing credits Luke Laird and Shane McAnally, is up for Best Country Song;
- And she is nominated for Best Country Solo Performance for “Butterflies.”

Jacksonville native Lee Ann Womack is nominated in the Best Americana Album category for “The Lonely, the Lonesome and the Gone.”
Nominees for the 61st Grammy Awards were announced Friday morning. Many of the winners will be revealed during a live telecast set for Feb. 10, 2019.
The Grammys recognize excellence in the recording industry.
