Therapet to visit Tyler Pounds to relieve holiday stress
Therapet and the Tyler Pounds Regional Airport are partnering to help beat the stress of holiday traveling.
Two Therapet human-animal teams will be visiting and greeting arriving and departing travelers at the airport from 10 a.m. to noon on Monday and Wednesday.
According to the United States Department of Transportation, the Thanksgiving holiday is the most traveled holiday of the year.

Children’s Park to host Christmas event
The Children’s Park will host its 13th annual Christmas in the Park at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, at 110 E. Dobbs St. in Tyler.
Activities will include Christmas caroling and storytelling around a decorated Christmas tree, signature snowman soup and an opportunity for children to make a Christmas craft.
