Members of Historic Tyler Inc. and their guests will enjoy a fun-filled evening to celebrate at the group's annual meeting, party and auction Saturday.

The evening will start at 6 p.m. at Rick's for a stroll around the Square to visit historic treasures, such as the lobbies of the People's Petroleum Building, the Wisenbaker Building, Liberty Hall and more.

Following the stroll, a party will begin at 7 p.m. upstairs at Rick's, with heavy hors d'oeuvres, wine & beer, silent and live auctions and a wine pull.

New officers will be elected, and the winner of the 2013 Preservation Award will be announced. Last year, the winner was Judge Judith Guthrie.

Event proceeds will help fund current restoration projects at The Woman's Building and the refurbishing of the historic markers in town.

For membership information, visit historictyler.org or call 903-595-1960.
