Lola’s Handcrafted Sandwiches announced it would be closing on Jan. 20.
The artisan sandwich shop opened in 2014 at 16700 Farm-to-Market Road 2493 in Flint.
It was the creation of father-son team Andrew and Chris Czop.
The shop made all of its own breads, chips and salad dressings, and roasted the meats served on their sandwiches.
In a Facebook post, the shop announced on Tuesday it would close for good on Saturday, Jan. 20 due to unforeseeable circumstances.
“We have loved being able to serve you and your families, however, due to unforeseen circumstance we have made the decision to close,” the post reads. “This was not an easy task because all of all of the relationships we have made over the years. We feel very blessed to have such amazing customers. God Bless and thank you for all the memories and making our dream come true.”
