These last few months have been a whirlwind — and, of course, exciting — about the future of ETFinalScore.com after our four-month run last year covering high school football in East Texas.

As we approached the new school year, we knew we were ready to expand our scope with ETFinalScore.com and truly be the No. 1 source, not just for high school football, but all local sports in East Texas. And now, here we are, ready to take our coverage to a new level, and we couldn’t be more excited that you’ve decided to join the ride with us.

Whether it’s high school football scores, a college basketball game, a golf tournament, a Tuesday night soccer game — whatever it may be — ETFinalScore.com is going to be your source for it all. The media partnership between the Tyler Morning Telegraph and KYTX CBS19 has given us a great amount of resources to provide the best avenues for information, whether it’s a story, video highlights, great photography, social media, etc.

This blog is a new feature for ETFinalScore.com, in addition to our message board. We hope that we can use things like these to build a relationship with our readers and we can all be a part of the action with all of our students and athletes in East Texas. And we’re going to keep adding features soon down the road. In the next few weeks we’re going to launch our own social network just for ETFinalScore.com users. Our season-long video project on Chapel Hill’s football season launches Aug. 22, and we think it’s going to be something great that all football fans will enjoy. A new episode will go live each Monday after the pilot on Aug. 22.
