Smith County Sheriff’s Office

— Deputies charged Belinda Dawn Bickford, 49, with having a prohibited substance in a correctional facility-alcohol/drug/phone/tobacco, public intoxication and walking with back to traffic at 5:24 a.m. Thursday. Bickford was in Smith County Jail Thursday with bonds of $260 and $270.



— Deputies charged Alberto Cedillo, 28, of Tyler, with possession of a penalty group three controlled substance under 28 grams, possession of a penalty group one controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon at 11:51 p.m. Wednesday. Cedillo was in Smith County Jail Wednesday with two bonds of $100,000 each.

— Deputies charged Homer William Clay, 39, of Tyler, with harassment at 2:49 p.m. Wednesday. The Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office issued the warrant. Clay was in Smith County Jail Wednesday with a bond not set.

— Deputies charged Morgin Lynn Dawson, 28, of Flint, with parole violation and possession of group one controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams at 3:55 p.m. Wednesday. Dawson was in Smith County Jail Wednesday with a $50,000 bond.

— Deputies charged Shadonna Pennington, 31, of Shreveport, Louisiana, with property theft worth $750 to $2,500 at 10:46 p.m. Wednesday. Pennington was in Smith County Jail Wednesday with a $20,000 bond.

— Deputies charged Thomas Keith Sweet, 28, with property theft worth $2,500 to $30,000, burglary of vehicles, criminal mischief worth $100 to $750 and two charges of burglary of a building at 5:04 a.m. Thursday. Morris County Sheriff’s Office issued the warrants for burglary charges and criminal mischief. Sweet was in Smith County Jail Thursday with bonds not set.

— Deputies charged Daniel Velazquez, 19, of Dallas, with possession of a penalty group 2A controlled substance under or equal to 2 ounces at 10:54 p.m. Wednesday. Velazquez was in Smith County Jail Wednesday with a bond not set.

— Deputies charged Darrell Leon Washington, 38, of Murchison, with two charges of stalking at 10:13 a.m. Wednesday. Washington was in Smith County Jail Wednesday with two bonds of $150,000 each.

Tyler Police Department

— Police charged Francisco Burgos Jr., 35, of Tyler, with public intoxication and failure to identify by giving false/fictitious information at 2:52 a.m. Thursday. The Gregg County Sheriff’s Office issued the failure to identify charge. Burgos was in Smith County Jail Thursday with bonds of $5,000 and $500.

— Police charged Reginald Hardison, 25, of Shreveport, Louisiana, with possession of marijuana under 2 ounces and assault causing bodily injury to a family member at 11:26 p.m. Wednesday. The Gregg County Sheriff’s Office issued the marijuana possession charge. Hardison was in Smith County Jail Wednesday with bonds of $5,000 and $600.

— Police charged Kobe Mikal Onley, 21, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated at 5:12 a.m. Thursday. Onley was in Smith County Jail Thursday and released the same day. He had a $500 bond.

— Police charged Charles Black Taylor, 38, of Yukon, Oklahoma, with possession of a penalty group one controlled substance under a gram and possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia at 6:50 a.m. Thursday. Vermilion Parish Sheriff’s Office in Louisiana issued the warrants. Taylor was in Smith County Jail Thursday without bond.

— Police charged Xavier Dion Wilson, 34, with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, search or transport at 2:30 a.m. Thursday. Wilson was in Smith County Jail Thursday with a $500 bond and another bond not set.

Whitehouse Police Department

— Police charged Blake Kirbey Anderson, 31, of Flint, with class C theft at 10:42 p.m. Wednesday. Anderson was in Smith County Jail Wednesday and released Thursday. He had a $50 bond.

— Police charged Mark Allen Schwader, 35, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated at 5:19 a.m. Thursday. Schwader was in Smith County Jail Thursday with a $500 bond.

Lindale Police Department

— Police charged Shaylie Raylene Reyes, 26, of Gladewater, with fraud use/possession of less than five identifying information items at 1:53 a.m. Thursday. Reyes was in Smith County Jail Thursday with a bond not set.

Texas Department of Public Safety

— Troopers charged Darren Lane Chaney, 54, of Athens, with driving while intoxicated at 5:35 a.m. Thursday. Chaney was in Smith County Jail Thursday with a $500 bond.

— Troopers charged Matthew Michael Huss, 32, of St. Augustine, Florida, with driving while intoxicated at 11:15 p.m. Wednesday. Huss was in Smith County Jail Wednesday and released Thursday. He had a $500 bond.

— Troopers charged Robert James Jones, 25, of Brownsboro, with possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia and possession of a penalty group one controlled substance under a gram at 4:32 p.m. Wednesday. Jones was in Smith County Jail Wednesday with a $255 bond and another bond not set.

— Troopers charged Warren Jordanian Mason, 32, of Carrollton, with assault causing bodily injury at 3:20 p.m. Wednesday. Mason was in Smith County Jail Wednesday and released the same day. He had a $2,000 bond.

Smith County Fire Marshal

— The office charged Khlea Desha Pink, 21, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury at 8:53 a.m. Wednesday. Pink was in Smith County Jail Wednesday and released the same day. He had a $50 bond.

Smith County Adult Probation

— Officers charged Victoria Broussard, 21, of Jacksonville, with possession of a penalty group one controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams at 3:44 p.m. Wednesday. Broussard was in Smith County Jail Wednesday with a $5,000 bond.
