Tyler Fire Department welcomed the newest additions to its fleet of emergency vehicles with a celebration on Friday. This new equipment will replace some of the fleet’s older vehicles and includes a new fire engine and two aerial ladder trucks. “These units will enhance the service capabilities to the citizens while also outfitting firefighters with state-of-the-art equipment and technologies designed with safety in mind,” according to a news release.
