Jacksonville Police broke up a fight between neighbors Monday evening.
Sgt. Jason Price, with the Jacksonville Police Department, said officers were called to the 700 block of Palestine Street at 5:47 p.m.
He said tensions between neighbors had built up and they were fighting in the street.
The altercation was broken up when officers used pepper spray. Price said no one in the fight could say what the exact cause was.
Three people were arrested for disorderly conduct, and a bystander was arrested for public intoxication.
Price said this was the first physical altercation the department has responded to at the location.
