Jeanne Holland Zambotti Smyth

Tyler — Jeanne was born in Pert, Texas, April 16, 1939 to Lloyd Alan Holland and Bonnie Faye Deason Holland. Jeanne is preceded in death by her parents and siblings Loyd Lavern Holland, Kenneth Leon Holland, Barbara “Babs” Holland Pike, brother-in-law Buck Pike and Judy Holland Stephenson, brother-in-law David Stephenson. Jeanne is survived by sisters-in-law Ann Holland and Sadie Holland, her brother Mike Holland, wife Linda Holland. She is survived by a multitude of nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her children; son, Rick Zambotti, wife Debby and their children Christina Dorman, husband Marshall and grandsons Gabriel and Will, daughter Jennifer Zambotti Owens, husband Adam and grandson Elex; son, Jackie Zambotti and his children James and Abigail and families; daughter, Renee Zambotti Walls, husband Robert Walls and her children Trey Faris, wife Hailey, their child Max and daughter, Candace Faris, She is also preceded in death by grandson Taylor Faris and survived by his daughter Luna Faris. Jeanne was raised on the family farm in Pert, Texas with her five siblings. She attended school in Neches and graduated at Palestine High School in 1957. She spent many years in Houston where she started her family. She excelled as an insurance bookkeeper and office manager. She supported her husband, Bill’s dream of owning a restaurant which took them all over the country chasing that dream. She was a strong willed, go getter. She was always up for the challenge. Never shied away from work. She lived life on her terms. She had a strong faith. Was generous and loving. She loved her family dearly. She was a member of Cross Brand Cowboy Church in Tyler Texas for several years serving on the Front Porch Rockers team. She was a member of Christ Church South in Tyler with her Husband Shelly Smyth where they served and worshiped together. She served with Meals on Wheels Smith county and enjoyed welcoming Military Members home. She passed away peacefully on Friday June 20th. There will be a family grave side service at Olive Branch Cemetery in Brushy Creek. In lieu of flowers donations to Cross Brand Cowboy Church or Christ Church South in her honor would be appreciated.
