Spanning three decades as a public servant in law enforcement, Todd is a testament to his unwavering dedication to serving others and passion for making a difference where it matters most. His 20 years of administrative leadership within the Texas Rangers and Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS), where he rose through the ranks by leading with integrity and professionalism and earned the utmost respect of state officials, his colleagues and staff, is a clear indication of his commitment to public service.

Todd is deeply committed to our mission. His strong Christian faith and dedication to caring for and protecting those in need will be invaluable in developing and implementing strategies for organizational expansion across the state and nation. He will continue our legacy and become a force multiplier to serve more families and children within our local, regional and national communities. Todd is excited to join and support the phenomenal team that makes up BCFS Health and Human Services.
