SMITH COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT
Deputies charged Ronald Terrell, 49, of Troup, with assault of a pregnant person. Terrell was in Smith County Jail Wednesday with a $10,000 bond.
Deputies charged David Paul Roy, 24, of Tyler, with robbery and failure to identify fugitive intent by giving false information. Roy was in Smith County Jail Wednesday with bonds of $250,000 and $2,500.
Deputies charged Petronilo Agostrader Ramirez, 68, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated for the second time. Ramirez was in Smith County Jail Tuesday with a bond not set.
Deputies charged Charles Dennis Perez, 33, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated. Perez was in Smith County Jail Wednesday with a $500 bond.
Deputies charged Cheryl Daniel Layne, 43, of Whitehouse, with three charges of injury to a child/elderly/disabled with intent to cause bodily injury. Layne was in Smith County Jail Tuesday and released the same day. She had three $20,000 bonds.
Deputies charged Yosbany Bouza-Garcia, 43, of Longview, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than 0.15. Bouza-Garcia was in Smith County Jail Tuesday without bond.
Deputies charged Josh Blake Bostic, 40, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more. Bostic was in Smith County Jail Tuesday without bond.
TYLER POLICE DEPARTMENT
Officers charged David Guerra, 25, of Tyler, with public intoxication. Guerra was in Smith County Jail Tuesday and released Wednesday. He had a $500 bond.
Officers charged Demardia Rakeem Goss, 26, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Goss was in Smith County Jail Wednesday and released the same day. He had a $2,500 bond.
Officers charged David Eugene Chumley, 56, of Whitehouse, with theft of property less than $2,500 with two or more previous convictions. Chumley was in Smith County Jail Tuesday with a bond not set.
UNITED STATES MARSHAL SERVICE
Officers charged Travon Lamarcus Cooper, 21, of Tyler, with forgery of government/national instrument/money/security. Cooper was in Smith County Jail Tuesday with a $250,000 bond.
SMITH COUNTY ADULT PROBATION
Officers charged Jacob Eugene Lamond, 17, of Lindale, with criminal mischief greater than $2,500 and less than $30,000. He was in Smith County Jail Tuesday with a $15,000 bond.
UT TYLER POLICE DEPARTMENT
Officers charged Clarence James Pierce, 64, of Fort Worth, with public intoxication. Pierce was in Smith County Jail Tuesday and released Wednesday with a $500 bond.
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY
Troopers charged Justin Daniel Stout, 20, of Bullard, with driving while intoxicated. Stout was in Smith County Jail Tuesday and released the same day. He had a $500 bond.
