BUILDING PERMITS

Here is a list of building permits the city of Tyler issued from June 16 to 22 for new construction:

COMMERCIAL

The city issued a permit to build a Harman Building Specialties location in the Candy Park North subdivision at 2140 Anthony Drive with a project value of $1.3 million. The ower is Hartman Building Specialties Ltd. of Beaumont, and the contractor is Sherrill Construction Co. LLC of Tyler.

RESIDENTIAL

• Four townhomes were permitted in the Stonegate West Addition subdivision at 1857 Stonecrest Blvd. The owner is Tyler Stonegate Development Partners Ltd. of Tyler, and the contractor is Davrip Development LLC of Tyler. The homes will be at the following addresses with the following project values:

• Three single-family homes were permitted in the Cottages Addition subdivision. The owner is TCMJ Development LLC of Whitehouse and the contractor is Williams, Trent Construction of Tyler. The homes will be at the following addresses with the following project values:

• Two single-family homes were permitted in the Crosswater Garden Homes subdivision at the following addresses with the following project values:

7338 Crosswater Cove, $435,098. The owner is Werner-Taylor Land & Development LP of Tyler, and the contractor is Yates Development of Tyler.

7330 Crosswater Cove, $417,211. The owner is Werner-Taylor Land & Development LP of Tyler, and the contractor is Culver, Keith Homes Inc. of Whitehouse.

• A single-family home in the Hampton Hill Court Addition subdivision at 752 Hampton Hill Drive with a project value of $452,637. The owner is Chase Homes LLC of Tyler.

• A single-family home in the Hollytree subdivision at 6402 Gleneagles Drive with a project value of $450,082. The owner is Park Michael of Tyler and the contractor is Kurtz Construction Inc. of Tyler.
