Conroe Oak Ridge 3, Tyler Lee 0
CROCKETT – Conroe Oak Ridge scored a 3-0 win over Tyler Lee on Monday in a Class 6A bi-district volleyball match.
The War Eagles won 25-12, 25-9, 25-14.
The Lady Raiders finished third in District 11-6A and finish the season with a 25-14 record.
Oak Ridger (31-4) advances to area play to meet Coppell later this week. Coppell defeated Garland Naaman Forest on Monday, 3-0. Coppell won 25-8, 25-15, 25-21.
Bullard 3, Henderson 0
ARP – The Bullard Lady Panthers scored a 3-0 victory over Henderson in a Class 4A volleyball match at Arp High School.
Bullard (28-10) won 25-16, 25-21, 25-23.
Standouts for Bullard were: Sara McKeethan (14 kills, 13 digs), Keili Richmond (9 kills 9 digs), Ashlyn Meador (8 kills), Destinee Dixon (18 assists, 5 digs) and Kylie McKeethan (19 digs, 6 digs).
The Lady Panthers advance to the area playoffs later this week to meet either Texarkana Pleasant Grove or Mabank.
New Diana 3, Troup 1
LONGVIEW – The Troup Lady Tigers lost to New Diana, 3-1, in a Class 3A bi-district volleyball playoff game on Monday at Solheim Arena on the LeTourneau University campus.
The Lady Eagles won 24-26, 25-16, 25-22, 25-20.
Troup (19-11) was led by Kori Minnix (3 aces, 12 kills, 9 digs), Savanna Cox (ace, 6 kills, 7 digs), Asia Parker (12 kills, 2 blocks, 3 digs), Cheyenne Henson (2 kills, 3 digs), Jansen Reid (2 kills, 21 digs), Natalie Davenport (2 kills, 28 assists, 15 digs), Alex Flora (8 digs) and Alyssa Flora (dig).
All Saints, Grace set for area
The All Saints Lady Trojans and the Grace Community Lady Cougars are in the area round of the playoffs.
All Saints, fresh off their second straight district volleyball championship, will meet Austin Regents in a TAPPS area playoff game on Tuesday. The game is set for 4:30 p.m. in Brookshire Gym on the All Saints campus.
The Lady Trojans (22-6-2) received a bi-district bye. Austin Regents (17-10-2) defeated Dallas Christian in bi-district.
Grace Community (17-8) meets Austin St. Michael’s (20-2-1) at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday in Austin.
