The new Panda Express Chinese Kitchen on Broadway Avenue has opened its doors. 

The fast-casual Asian restaurant, known for dishes like its orange chicken and Angus beef, opened Saturday and still is looking to hire staff. 

The Tyler location, 6910 S. Broadway Ave., is looking to hire 20-30 new employees, with wages of $10 to $11 an hour, said General Manager Jimmy Lu.

Started in 1983 in Glendale, Calif., the restaurant offers meals for dining in, take-out and drive-through. Online ordering will not be active until sometime next week, Lu said.

Business hours are 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. all week.
