People’s Petroleum Building completing phase II of renovations

The People’s Petroleum Building, 102 N. College Street, is performing phase II interior renovations to 8,470 square feet of lobby, mezzanine and the ninth floor. The cost is $950,000. The contractor is Garrett and Associates General Contractors.

Pollard United Methodist Church, 3030 Copeland Road, is reroofing some portions of each of its buildings, replacing some HVAC units, caulking and repairing brick and painting. The church is 27,814 square feet, and the cost is $664,620. The contractor is Watson Commercial Construction.



Dilip Patel is reroofing and reguttering the America’s Best Value Inn and Suites at 2828 WNW Loop 323 at a cost of $138,000. The hotel is 39,841 square feet and the contractor is Gilley Gator.

The 18,300-square-foot Bethel Bible Church, 202 S. Broadway Ave., has applied for a demolition permit at a cost of $50,000. The contractor is Berry and Clay Construction.

Burns Properties is adding two walls, double doors and electrical, paint and carpet to the 6,844-square-foot Dex Media company at 1001 ESE Loop 323. The cost is $25,600.
