Another chance for rain

A stationary front across East Texas could trigger a few more showers and isolated thunderstorms today just as it did Tuesday. Half-inch diameter hail fell near U.T. Health Northeast, and a wind gust to 48 mph was recorded at Tyler Pounds Regional Airport. Activity is expected to end tonight with the rest of the week and most of the weekend looking dry. Afternoon high temperatures will be in the mid-90s. Skies will be mostly sunny with winds from the south 5 to 10 mph.
