Robert E. Lee boys golf fifth at Brook Hill Invitational

Robert E. Lee boys golf competed last at the Brook Hill Invitational, held at Emerald Bay Golf Club in Bullard. The Red Raiders were fifth out of 20 participating teams, combining to shoot 324.

Grapeland won the event with 298, followed by Bullard (304) in second, Troup (313) in third and Madisonville (318) in fourth.



Lee’s Will Harrison tied for fourth-place individually with a 75. The remaining REL scores were Scott Skrocki (81), Homer Holt (83), Cole Sampson (85) and Caden Smith (93).

The Lee JV boys golf team will play at Emerald Bay on Wednesday. The team is comprised of Cole Sampson, Tyler Cargile, Henry Barnett, Braden Brady and Caden Zips.
