Larry Duncan
QUINLAN — Mr. Larry Duncan was born on March 9, 1953 in Greg County, Texas. In the early hours of June 30, 2020, he passed away at his residence in Quinlan, Texas.
Larry graduated from Whitehouse High School in 1971. He attended Devry Institute of Technology. He quickly realized his talent rested in entrepreneurship. During his young adult life, he pursued two careers–one as a light weight boxer and the other as an entrepreneur. His skill set for generating business soon won out and he focused all of his attention in that direction. As a young man, he set out for Dallas. There, he owned and operated several successful businesses— an electrical engineering company, automotive repair shops, installed burglar bars on homes, generated leads for companies, rebuilt computers, established a variety of online businesses, and brokered, among other thriving companies.
Larry and Jean met and married early in their adult lives. Over the years, the two worked side by side, growing their businesses. Their union produced two sons. Throughout his life, Jean and Larry remained friends.
