TYLER — Services for Sandra Kay Kolb Rice, 73, of Tyler will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 19, 2021 at Green Acres Baptist Church in Tyler under the direction of Stewart Family Funeral Home. Mrs. Rice was born December 3, 1947 in Ft. Smith, AR and passed away August 15, 2021 in Tyler.
