Idaho leaders gathered in Burley this morning for a full-scale emergency exercise at Burley High School. Governor Otter, the Bureau of Homeland Security and the Idaho Superintendent of Public Instruction showed up to watch how emergency response teams would react to the principal’s 911 call saying an angry parent broke into the school and was threatening violence on staff members.
