One person was killed, and two were injured in a car crash on March 2 in Anderson County.

Julie Warden, 45, of Jacksonville, was pronounced dead at the scene of a crash at 9:25 p.m. on State Highway 155 in Anderson County. Warden was not wearing a seatbelt, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety preliminary investigation. 

Twins Nathaniel and Nathan Clewis, 16, of Jacksonville, were transported to Christus Mother Frances in Tyler. Both were wearing seatbelts, DPS said. 

According to a preliminary report, Warden traveled at high speeds and failed to negotiate a right curve. The vehicle entered a skid, crossing into the center median, and began to roll, where the driver was ejected.
