CONSTITUTION PRESENTATION

George Stephenson will make a presentation about the U.S. Constitution on Sunday, “God Saves America by Christians Preserving, Protecting, and Defending the Constitution of the United States” during the 9 a.m. Sacrament meeting at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 2401 North Broadway Ave.

COMMUNITY REVIVAL

Enterprise and Mt. Selman Baptist Churches are joining together to host a community-wide revival at 7 p.m. Monday through Wednesday in the Enterprise Baptist Church sanctuary, 2890 County Road 4101, in Jacksonville. The church is about three miles north of Highway 135 on Enterprise (Burma) Road. Evangelist Dr. Charley Holmes, president of BMA Seminary, will lead the revival services with music leader Dr. David Hellwig, BMA Seminary professor and pastor of First Baptist Church, New Summerfield.

GOSPEL CONCERT

Central Baptist Church, 116 West Mt. Vernon St., Mabank, will hold a Gospel Concert at 7 p.m. Friday featuring Allegiance Singing Group from Goodlettsville, Tennessee. Their latest song, “I Will Stand,” will soon be featured in a movie. A love offering will be taken in lieu of admission. For more information, call 903-477-8084.

WOMEN’S CONFERENCE

A women’s conference, Broth on a Rock, will be at Landmark Baptist Church Sept. 23 and 24 with speakers Christ Tapp and Debbie Grady. The name “Broth on a Rock” is taken from Judges 16:11-21. Visit brothonarock.org for more information or to register for $39.

FAMILY FUN DAY

Catholic Charities-Diocese of Tyler will have a Family Fun Day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 24 at Tyler Indoor Sports, 12041 Texas 364 Spur. The day will include a bounce house, face painting, free popcorn and games for the kids, and a car show, door prizes, great music and food for the adults.

FRIENDS DAY

Landmark Baptist Church will have Friends Day on Sept. 25. The event will include a potluck, “Dinner on the Grounds.” Each family will bring a dish to feed their family plus four more. There will be singing, preaching and testimonials followed by a time of fellowship.

ROSES & ROSARIES GALA

There will be a gala benefitting The Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception Chapel of St. Peter & Paul at 6 p.m. Sept. 25 at Willow Brook Country Club, 3205 West Erwin St. The featured speaker will be Cooper Ray.

HEALTH FAIR

Tyler’s Seventh-day Adventist Church, 2935 SSE Loop 323, will have a Community Health Fair from 3 to 5 p.m. Oct. 1 in the Family Life Center. The event will include health screenings for blood pressure, blood sugars, depression and BMI, along with information about health and weight and home and fire safety. FALL FESTIVAL

SANCTITY OF LIFE BANQUET

The second annual East Texas Sanctity of Life Banquet will be held Oct. 10 in Tyler. Nikolas T. Nikas, president of the Bioethics Defense Fund, is the 2016 featured speaker. The Bioethics Defense Fund is a pro-life, public-interest legal and educational organization that advocates for the human right to life and the fundamental right of conscience throughout the United States and abroad.
