The Tyler Morning Telegraph is excited to introduce a new fundraiser program that provides a quick and easy way for subscribers to raise money for local organizations. This gives the Tyler Morning Telegraph a chance to give back to the East Texas community. The fundraisers last three weeks and 50 percent of the proceeds earned will go to the organization of the subscriber’s choice.
Participating organizations will sell short-term subscriptions of the Tyler Morning Telegraph, including access to the Rewards Plus program and the digital newspaper E-Edition. The Rewards Plus and E-Edition is available, and is a bonus when becoming a new subscriber to TylerPaper.com. E-Edition is a feature that gives subscribers access to the print version of the Tyler Morning Telegraph in digital format over the course of the past 30 days.
The Tyler Morning Telegraph will provide the order form sheets and selling tools to get started. Contact Angelica Garcia, the circulation sales manager at the Tyler Morning Telegraph at anggarcia@tylerpaper.com for details on custom-made order forms. Order forms will be custom-made for each participating organization and hand delivered to the organization when the forms are ready. After distributing an order form to each participant, payments and orders can be collected. All subscription information is provided on the order forms.
The term for subscriptions will be a choice of one month or three months. All orders must include a payment. The money going towards the organization depends on subscription sales. The larger the newspaper subscription, the more money is made for the organization. The organization will need to turn in the order forms and payments to the Ms. Garcia after the three-weeklong fundraiser concludes. The Tyler Paper will present the organization with a check for 50 percent of the proceeds. For more information, contact Ms. Garcia at anggarcia@tylerpaper.com.
