Tyler man faces aggravated robbery charge for third robbery police suspect he was involved in

A man arrested Monday and charged with two convenience store robberies is now facing an additional charge for a robbery Tyler police suspect he may have committed Saturday at the Exxon at 2700 NNW Loop 323.
On Tuesday, the Tyler Police Department obtained a warrant for Jaime Valle, 33, of Tyler, for aggravated robbery.
According to the Tyler Police Department, an employee of the store reported that a Hispanic man entered the store with his face partially covered and displayed a knife, demanding the money from the register.
When the victim was unable to open the register, the suspect grabbed the entire register and left the store with it and an undisclosed amount of money.
Valle is in the Smith County Jail and faces two aggravated robbery charges, each carrying a $250,000 bond, and one robbery charge, with a $100,000 bond. His bond totals $600,000.
The previous charges stem from suspected robberies committed on Aug. 18 at RaceTrac, 1736 E. Gentry Parkway, and Sunday at the Exxon gas station at 1811 S. Broadway Ave.
