Each summer The Salvation Army in Tyler gives about 60 new fans a week, which means that more than 1,000 fans are needed during the summer months, according to the news release.
Fans may be dropped off in the Lowe’s parking lot from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday at 5720 S. Broadway Ave.
