International Day of Happiness celebrated today in downtown Tyler

The International Day of Happiness committee brought balloons, music and a bright orange wall to T.B. Butler Fountain Plaza in Tyler Monday morning to celebrate The International Day of Happiness.

People were invited to fill out cards displaying their “Happy Acts” to post on the wall. The happy acts are what people plan to do for The International Day of Happiness. Live Happy magazine, the sponsor for this international movement, will donate $1 to benefit the Big Brothers/Big Sisters organization.



The event continues through 6 p.m. Monday.
