ETexas author to speak to romance writers

East Texas author Olivia Hardin will be the guest speaker for the East Texas Romance Writers of America East Texas Chapter’s meeting on April 19. Her topic will be “Group Trip.”

The meeting will be held at Spring Creek Barbecue, 5810 S. Broadway Ave. in Tyler.

“Most of the time writing is personal; the words flow directly from the heart,” Ms. Hardin said in a news release. “But the journey of a writer should never be taken alone. Writers need a slew of partners to get them from point A to point B. From critique partners to support groups, to editors and cover designers, find out about the different people who can help you travel the perilous road of publishing.”

Ms. Hardin started her writing journey in 2011. She has published five paranormal romance novels, one contemporary romance novel and two urban fantasy books. Her newest release is “Transcendent,” the second book in the For the Love of Fae series.

She is working on having her first book, “Witch Way Bends,” narrated for audiobook. For more information about Ms. Hardin, visit her website, olivia-hardin.com.
