Boil water notice issued for customers of Walnut Grove Water Supply Corp.

WHITEHOUSE (KYTX) – A boil water notice has been issued for customers of Walnut Grove Water Supply Corporation.
Water for cooking, making ice and drinking should be boiled and cooled prior to consumption to ensure destruction of all harmful bacteria and other microbes. Water should be brought to a vigorous, rolling boil, then boiled for two minutes.
Customers may purchase bottled water or obtain water from some other suitable source in lieu of boiling.
Customers will be notified when the water is once again safe to consume without the need to boil.
