Deputies charged Jaime Aureo Albavera, 26, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated and possession of a penalty group two controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams at 5:40 a.m. Saturday. Albavera was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released the same day. He had bonds of $2,500 and $500.
Deputies charged Robbie Glen Boaz, 57, of Lindale, with possession of a penalty group one controlled substance under a gram at 3:44 a.m. Friday. Boaz was in Smith County Jail Friday and released Tuesday. He had a $2,500 bond.
Deputies charged Amy Lynne Brown, 36, of Longview, with possession of a penalty group one controlled substance under a gram at 3:55 p.m. Friday. Brown was in Smith County Jail Friday without bond.
Deputies charged Pedro Martinez Cerda, 46, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated for the second time at 6:34 a.m. Sunday. Cerda was in Smith County Jail Sunday and released the same day. He had a $1,500 bond.
Deputies charged Laura Lee Coleman, 48, of Point, with driving while intoxicated/20 days in Smith County Jail at 6:25 a.m. Saturday. Coleman was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released the same day.
Deputies charged Juan Carlos Corona, 34, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member at 12:33 a.m. Monday. Corona was in Smith County Jail Monday with a $2,500 bond.
Deputies charged Jeremy Quinn Cunningham, 21, of Grand Saline, with possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana under 2 ounces and failure to appear at 12:18 a.m. Saturday. Cunningham was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Monday. He had bonds of $863 and $913.80.
Deputies charged Mia Alexis Day, 24, of Frisco, with driving while intoxicated for the second time at 10:57 a.m. Monday. Day was in Smith County Jail Monday without bond.
Deputies charged Marc Davis Derryberry, 47, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated at 10:59 p.m. Friday. Derryberry was in Smith County Jail Friday without bond.
Deputies charged Damon Mark Dotson, 47, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more at 3:22 p.m. Friday. Dotson was in Smith County Jail Friday with a $25,000 bond.
Deputies charged Meneasa Minique Duncan, 45, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member at 10:53 a.m. Monday. Duncan was in Smith County Jail Monday with a $2,500 bond.
Deputies charged Jaclyn Cirra Feagin, 24, Flint, with stalking at 1:47 p.m. Friday. Feagin was in Smith County Jail Friday and released Saturday. She had a $75,000 bond.
Deputies charged Kristina Ferguson, 46, of Flint, with stalking at 1:49 p.m. Friday. Ferguson was in Smith County Jail Friday with a $150,000 bond.
Deputies charged Joshua Seth Friedlander, 31, of Tyler, with aggravated assault of a date/family/household member with a weapon, evading arrest with a previous conviction and interfering with an emergency request for assistance at 2:34 p.m. Sunday. Friedlander was in Smith County Jail Sunday and released Monday. He had bonds of $2,500, $5,000 and $25,000.
Deputies charged Jorge Garcia, 33, of Tyler, with tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair and possession of marijuana under 2 ounces at 7:03 a.m. Sunday. Garcia was in Smith County Jail Sunday and released the same day. He had two bonds of $500 each.

Police charged Leslie Kaye Stone, 56, of Fruitvale, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member and assault (physical contact) at 3:46 a.m. Saturday. Stone was in Smith County Jail Saturday with bonds of $2,500 and $500.

Troopers charged Marisol Cruz, 35, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated/open alcohol container, failure to identify and giving false/fictitious information and no driver’s license (when unlicensed) at 6:28 a.m. Saturday. Cruz was in Smith County Jail Saturday with bonds of $500, $500 and $255.
Troopers charged Kenneth Dennard Lewis, 64, of Winona, with open container and driving while intoxicated for the third time or more at 8:52 p.m. Saturday. Lewis was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Sunday. He had bonds of $10,000 and $255.
Troopers charged Melinda More Lewis, 65, of Bullard, with injury to a child/elderly/disabled with intent of bodily injury and failure to identify fugitive/intent to give false information at 4:08 p.m. Friday. Lewis was in Smith County Jail Friday with bonds of $100,000 and $1,500.
