— Deputies charged Maria Zulema Borja, 31, of Tyler, with failure to identify fugitive intent/giving false information at 1:40 p.m. Thursday. Borja was in Smith County Jail on Thursday and released the same day.

— Deputies charged Keith Carroll Cloyd, 32, of Mesquite, with online solicitation of a minor sexual misconduct at 4:46 p.m. Thursday. Cloyd was in Smith County Jail on Thursday with a $250,000 bond.

— Deputies charged Lauren Elizabeth Halbert, 36, of Kilgore, with possession of a penalty group one controlled substance under a gram at 3:48 a.m. Friday. Halbert was in Smith County Jail on Friday with a bond not set.

— Deputies charged Wade Edward Jenkins, 31, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than 0.15 at 12:14 a.m. Friday. Jenkins was in Smith County Jail on Friday without bond.

— Deputies charged Austin Ray Lester, 17, of Bullard, with theft of a firearm at 8:07 a.m. Thursday. Lester was in Smith County Jail on Thursday and released the same day.

— Deputies charged Brandon Lee May, 24, of Winnsboro, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than 0.15 at 8:26 p.m. Thursday. May was in Smith County Jail on Thursday without bond.

— Deputies charged Ryan Odell Norris, 39, of Quitman, with possession of a penalty group one controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams at 8 p.m. Thursday. Norris was in Smith County Jail on Thursday with a $50,000 bond.

— Deputies charged Stephen Lee Ward, 69, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more at 11:29 a.m. Thursday. Ward was in Smith County Jail on Thursday with a $300,000 bond.

Tyler Police Department

— Police charged Alverto Gutierrez, 25, of Tyler, with possession of a penalty group one controlled substance under a gram, two charges of bail jumping and failure to appear and possession of an alcoholic beverage in a vehicle at 3:39 a.m. Friday. Gutierrez was in Smith County Jail on Friday with bonds of $415, $520 and $175.

— Police charged Ruben Nino, 17, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member at 11:21 p.m. Thursday. Nino was in Smith County Jail on Thursday with a bond not set.

— Police charged Christopher Warren, 24, of Tyler, with fleeing a police officer at 6:22 p.m. Thursday. Warren was in Smith County Jail on Thursday and released the same day. He had a $500 bond.

— Police charged Xzavier Derek Washington, 23, of Tyler, with possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia at 3:49 a.m. Friday. Washington was in Smith County Jail on Friday with a $500 bond.

— Police charged Caylon James Whittington, 28, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated at 4:42 a.m. Friday. Whittington was in Smith County Jail on Friday with a $500 bond.

— The agency charged Debra Lea Berry, 35, of Tyler, with manufacture or delivery of a penalty group one controlled substance between 1 and 4 grams at 3:49 p.m. Thursday. Berry was in Smith County Jail on Thursday with a $50,000 bond.

Smith County Adult Probation

— Officers charged Cristina Nicole Dowmont, 39, of Gladewater, with property theft worth $2,500 to $30,000 and possession of a penalty group one controlled substance under a gram at 6:44 p.m. Thursday. Dowmont was in Smith County Jail on Thursday with two bonds of $75,000 each.

— Officers charged Jessica Mae Mendez, 30, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more at 3:58 p.m. Thursday. Mendez was in Smith County Jail on Thursday with a bond not set.
