Blotter: Smith County Jail bookings Jan. 13-14

Tyler Police Department

Officers charged Jaszman Donel Mitchell, 29, of Jacksonville, with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, failure to identify fugitive intent/give false information and parole violation. Mitchell was in Smith County Jail Monday with bonds of $500 and $2,500.



Officers charged Colton Clay Land, 26, of Jacksonville, with assault (physical contact) and failure to appear. Land was in Smith County Jail Monday with bonds of $1,127 and $630.

Officers charged Broderick Roshad Canada, 32, of Tyler, with displaying expired registration, possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia, failure to identify fugitive intent/give false information, failure to identify fugitive from justice (surety off bond) and failure to identify fugitive from justice. Canada was in Smith County Jail Monday with bonds of $251.50, $381.50, $30,000, $6,000 and $6,000.

Smith County Adult Probation

Officers charged Holiberto Lopez, 22, of Tyler, with burglary of habitation. He was in Smith County Jail Monday with a $50,000 bond.

Officers charged Armando Eugene Clark, 42, of Lindale, with cruelty to nonlivestock animals and failure to provide for them. Clark was in Smith County Jail Monday without bond.

Smith County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies charged Jessica Lynn Morgan, 35, of Tyler, with forgery of government/national institution/money/security. Morgan was in Smith County Jail Monday and released the same day.

Deputies charged Quintraveon Bronte Minter, 19, of Tyler, with evading arrest detention with vehicle, evading arrest detention causing serious bodily injury, unauthorized use of vehicle and criminal trespass. Minter was in Smith County Jail Monday. He had bonds of $15,000, $15,000, $5,000 and $500.

Deputies charged Tamica Lashell Jackson, 36, of Gladewater, with burglary of habitation while intending to commit another felony and driving while intoxicated. Jackson was in Smith County Jail Monday without bond.

Deputies charged Daniel Ray Grigsby, 33, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more. Grigsby was in Smith County Jail Monday without bond.
