Blotter: Smith County Jail Bookings Feb. 13-14

Smith County Sheriff’s Office
Deputies charged Summer Dawn Chaplin, 39, of Henderson, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more. Chaplin was in Smith County Jail Thursday without bond.
Deputies charged Stoney Chase Conley, 30, of Flint, with terroristic threat of a family/household member and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces. Conley was in Smith County Jail Friday with a $500 bond.
Deputies charged Gerry L. Hayter, 49, of Tyler, with an accident involving damage to the vehicle greater than or equal to $200 and false report/statement to an officer/agent. Hayter was in Smith County Jail Thursday and released the same day. He had two bonds of $2,500 each.
Deputies charged Christopher Allen Lowrance, 34, of Bullard, with possession of a penalty group one controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams and possession of marijuana under 2 ounces. Lowrance was in Smith County Jail Friday with a $500 bond.
Deputies charged Brandi Jayne Patterson, 46, of Wilton, Alaska, with false statement on property/credit between $2,500 and $30,000. Patterson was in Smith County Jail Thursday and released the same day. She had a $10,000 bond.
Deputies charged Kissie Lynn Smith, 41, of Kaufman, with assault of a public servant. Smith was in Smith County Jail Thursday with a bond not set.
Tyler Police Department
Officers charged Ridquez Portley, 45, of Tyler, with failure to appear, possession of an open container of alcohol while occupying the driver’s seat, public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Portley was in Smith County Jail Thursday with a $808.60 for the failure to appear and without bond for the other charges.
Officers charged James Anthony Shimer, 40, of Tyler, with two charges of public intoxication and three charges of failure to appear. Shimer was in Smith County Jail Friday with bonds of $722 and $1,032.
Whitehouse Police Department
Officers charged Lindsey Paige Maiorka, 22, of Rogers, with assault causing bodily injury. Maiorka was in Smith County Jail Friday with a $2,000 bond.
Texas Department of Public Safety
Troopers charged Jodavid Garza, 20, of Tyler, with possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia, possession of a penalty group two controlled substance, expired registration/ temporary tag, failure to appear/bail jumping, failure to maintain financial responsibility and two charges of no driver’s license (when unlicensed). Garza was in Smith County Jail Thursday with bonds of $772, $562, $670, $306, $255 and $255.
Troopers charged Darren Tremaine Jackson, 36, of Keithville, Louisiana, with possession of a penalty group one controlled substance under or equal to 400 grams and possession of marijuana between 4 ounces and 5 pounds. Jackson was in Smith County Jail Friday with bonds not set.
Troopers charged Gary Wayne Sepulvado, 35, of Shreveport, Louisiana, with possession of a penalty group one controlled substance under or equal to 400 grams and possession of marijuana between 4 ounces and 5 pounds. Sepulvado was in Smith County Jail Friday with bonds not set.
Troopers charged Justin David Stephens, 40, of Bozeman, Montana, with possession of a penalty group one controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams. Stephens was in Smith County Jail Thursday with a bond not set.
Smith County Adult Probation
Officers charged Jennifer Ann Cochran, 46, of Lindale, with property theft between $750 and $2,500. Cochran was in Smith County Jail Thursday and released the same day. She had a $1,500 bond.
Officers charged Jason Edward Oliva, 44, of Brownsboro, with fraud use/possession of less than five identifying information items. Oliva was in Smith County Jail Thursday with a $100,000 bond.
