SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Deputies charged Donald Goodwin, 43, of Greenville, with theft of property greater than $2,500 and less than $30,000 and parole violation. Goodwin was in Smith County Jail Friday with a $20,000 bond.
Deputies charged Shae Robin Young, 44, of Bullard, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more. Young was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released the same day with time served.
Deputies charged Quantessa Lynn Walton, 28, of Tyler, with burglary of habitation. Walton was in Smith County Jail Friday and released the same day. She had a $20,000 bond.
Deputies charged Amber Veronica Tobias, 36, of Dallas, with manufacture or delivery penalty group one control substance less than 4 and greater than 200 grams, failure to identify fugitive intent by giving false information and possession of penalty group one controlled substance less than 1 gram. Tobias was in Smith County Jail Sunday with bonds of $25,000, and $2,500.
Deputies charged Sabrina Tapia, 23, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated. Tapia was in Smith County Jail Sunday and released the same day. She had a $500 bond.
Deputies charged Jeremy Keith Sanchez, 30, of Longview, with terroristic threat causing fear of imminent serious bodily injury and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Sanchez was in Smith County Jail Saturday with bonds of $2,500 and $25,000.
Deputies charged Joseph Leonard Owens, 38, with driving while intoxicated for the second time. Owens was in Smith County Saturday without bond.
Deputies charged Ta Odrick Montgomery, 19, of Jacksonville, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Montgomery was in Smith County Jail Monday with a $50,000 bond.
Deputies charged Jonathan Medina, 22, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than .15. Medina was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Monday with time served.
Deputies charged Micheal Scott McKinney, 30, of Brownsboro, with manufacture delivery of a penalty group one controlled substance greater than four grams and less than 200 grams and possession of a penalty group one controlled substance less than 1 gram. McKinney was in Smith County Jail Sunday with bonds of $25,000 and $5,000.
Deputies charged Dustin Kyle Dean McClenny, 23, of Houston, with an accident involving damage to vehicle greater than $200 and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level to or greater than .15. McClenny was in Smith County Jail Saturday without bond.
Deputies charged Cesar Martinez Navarro, 27, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated for the second time and immigration detainer. Martinez was in Smith County Jail Saturday with a $50,000 bond.
Deputies charged Yvonne Michele Marquess, 51, of Tyler, with manufacture or delivery penalty group one control substance greater than 4 and less than 200 grams. Marquess was in Smith County Jail Sunday with a $25,000 bond.

Deputies charged Lance Demond Hicks, 40, of Tyler, with assault on family/household member by impeding breath/circulation. Hicks was in Smith County Jail Saturday without bond.
Deputies charged John Fernando Guajardo, 33, of Tyler, with accident involving damage to vehicle, greater than $200. Guajardo was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Monday with a week-end work release.

Deputies charged Alejandro Garcia Gamez, 28, of Longview, with driving while intoxicated, bail jumping and failure to appear, possession of penalty group one controlled substance less than 1 gram and immigration detainer. Gamez was in Smith County Jail Saturday with bonds of $500, $50,000 and $40,000.
Deputies charged Benjamin Jay Davis, 41, of Frankston, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more. Davis was in Smith County Jail Saturday with a $10,000 bond.
Deputies charged Joshua Warren Billings, 24, of Tyler, with harassment, terroristic threat of family/household and terroristic threat. Billings was in Smith County Jail Friday and released Saturday. He had bonds of $1,500, $5,000 and $3,000.

Deputies charged Andrea Ahrens, 42, with possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia, possession of penalty group one controlled substance less than 1 gram and failure to appear. Ahrens was in Smith County Jail Saturday with bonds of $768, $40,000 and $630.

Vasquez was in Smith County Jail Saturday with bonds of $2,500, $5,000 and $2,500.
Officers charged William Robert Shelton, 67, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than .15. Shelton was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released the same day. He had a $1,500 bond.

Officers charged Tabitha Nicol Cooper, 27, of Houston, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Cooper was in Smith County Jail Friday and released Sunday with time served.
