Deputies charged Donald Goodwin, 43, of Greenville, with theft of property greater than $2,500 and less than $30,000 and parole violation. Goodwin was in Smith County Jail Friday with a $20,000 bond.

Deputies charged Shae Robin Young, 44, of Bullard, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more. Young was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released the same day with time served.

Deputies charged Quantessa Lynn Walton, 28, of Tyler, with burglary of habitation. Walton was in Smith County Jail Friday and released the same day. She had a $20,000 bond.

Deputies charged Amber Veronica Tobias, 36, of Dallas, with manufacture or delivery penalty group one control substance less than 4 and greater than 200 grams, failure to identify fugitive intent by giving false information and possession of penalty group one controlled substance less than 1 gram. Tobias was in Smith County Jail Sunday with bonds of $25,000, and $2,500.

Deputies charged Sabrina Tapia, 23, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated. Tapia was in Smith County Jail Sunday and released the same day. She had a $500 bond.

Deputies charged Jeremy Keith Sanchez, 30, of Longview, with terroristic threat causing fear of imminent serious bodily injury and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Sanchez was in Smith County Jail Saturday with bonds of $2,500 and $25,000.

Deputies charged Joseph Leonard Owens, 38, with driving while intoxicated for the second time. Owens was in Smith County Saturday without bond.

Deputies charged Ta Odrick Montgomery, 19, of Jacksonville, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Montgomery was in Smith County Jail Monday with a $50,000 bond.

Deputies charged Jonathan Medina, 22, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than .15. Medina was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Monday with time served.

Deputies charged Micheal Scott McKinney, 30, of Brownsboro, with manufacture delivery of a penalty group one controlled substance greater than four grams and less than 200 grams and possession of a penalty group one controlled substance less than 1 gram. McKinney was in Smith County Jail Sunday with bonds of $25,000 and $5,000.

Deputies charged Dustin Kyle Dean McClenny, 23, of Houston, with an accident involving damage to vehicle greater than $200 and driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level to or greater than .15. McClenny was in Smith County Jail Saturday without bond.

Deputies charged Cesar Martinez Navarro, 27, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated for the second time and immigration detainer. Martinez was in Smith County Jail Saturday with a $50,000 bond.

Deputies charged Yvonne Michele Marquess, 51, of Tyler, with manufacture or delivery penalty group one control substance greater than 4 and less than 200 grams. Marquess was in Smith County Jail Sunday with a $25,000 bond.

Deputies charged Brodrick Labrea Horton, 47, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated for the second time. Horton was in Smith County Jail Friday and released the same day with time served.

Deputies charged Lance Demond Hicks, 40, of Tyler, with assault on family/household member by impeding breath/circulation. Hicks was in Smith County Jail Saturday without bond.

Deputies charged John Fernando Guajardo, 33, of Tyler, with accident involving damage to vehicle, greater than $200. Guajardo was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Monday with a week-end work release.

Deputies charged Adan Godina, 22, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Godina was in Smith County Jail Sunday without bond.

Deputies charged Alejandro Garcia Gamez, 28, of Longview, with driving while intoxicated, bail jumping and failure to appear, possession of penalty group one controlled substance less than 1 gram and immigration detainer. Gamez was in Smith County Jail Saturday with bonds of $500, $50,000 and $40,000.

Deputies charged Benjamin Jay Davis, 41, of Frankston, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more. Davis was in Smith County Jail Saturday with a $10,000 bond.

Deputies charged Joshua Warren Billings, 24, of Tyler, with harassment, terroristic threat of family/household and terroristic threat. Billings was in Smith County Jail Friday and released Saturday. He had bonds of $1,500, $5,000 and $3,000.

Deputies charged Jose Armondo Betancourt, 29, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated for the second time. Betancourt was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Monday with a week-ender work release.

Deputies charged Brittany Ashton Belvail, 30, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than .15. Bevail was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Monday with a week-ender work release.

Deputies charged Andrea Ahrens, 42, with possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia, possession of penalty group one controlled substance less than 1 gram and failure to appear. Ahrens was in Smith County Jail Saturday with bonds of $768, $40,000 and $630.

Officers charged Cleggan Demon Ware, 38, of Tyler, with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Ware was in Smith County Jail Sunday with a $75,000 bond.

Officers charged Marco Antonio Vasquez, 47, of Tyler, with possession of a dangerous drug, possession of penalty group one controlled substance less than one gram, driving while intoxicated for the second time and immigration detainer. Vasquez was in Smith County Jail Saturday with bonds of $2,500, $5,000 and $2,500.

Officers charged William Robert Shelton, 67, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than .15. Shelton was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released the same day. He had a $1,500 bond.

Officers charged Moses Rogers, 63, of Tyler, with theft of property between $2,500 and $30,000. Rogers was in Smith County Jail Saturday without bond.

Officers charged Nancy Ann Nicholson, 57, of Bullard, with possession of a penalty group one controlled substance between 4 and 200 grams, possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces. Nicholson was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released the same day. She had bonds of $15,000 and $500.

Officers charged Elmer Nahum Martinez-Amador, 29, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member and an immigration detainer. Martinez-Amador was in Smith County Jail Sunday with a $2,500 bond.

Officers charged Ceraffin Marin, 18, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member, terroristic threat of family/household, obstruction or retaliation and resisting arrest search or transport deadly weapon. Marin was in Smith County Jail Sunday with bonds of $500, $2,500, $10,000 and $10,000.

Officers charged Antonio Castaneda Lopez, 44, of Tyler, with public intoxication and immigration detainer. Lopez was in Smith County Jail Sunday with a $500 bond.

Officers charged Brenda Joanna Leon, 28, of Tyler, with possession of a penalty group one controlled substance less than 1 gram and public intoxication. Leon was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released the same day. She had bonds of $5,000 and $500.

Officers charged Deaundre Montrell Hart, 39, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more and accident involving damage to vehicle greater than $200. Hart was in Smith County Jail Sunday with bonds of $10,000 and $500.

Officers charged Justin Eugene Glasscock, 21, of Tyler, with criminal mischief greater than $750 and less than $2,500. Glasscock was in Smith County Jail Friday with a $2,500 bond.

Officers charged Kevin Darnell Cornist, 23, of Tyler, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member and possession of marijuana greater than 4 ounces and less than 5 pounds. Cornist was in Smith County Jail Sunday with bonds of $2,500 and $5,000.

Officers charged Fay Charsley Arnold, 43, of Tyler, with two charges of possession of penalty group one controlled substance greater than 1 gram and less than 4 grams and possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia. Arnold was in Smith County Jail Sunday with bonds of $10,000, $10,000 and $500.

Officers charged Kendrick Bernard Johnson, 37, of Tyler, with burglary of building. Johnson was in Smith County Jail Saturday without bond.

Officers charged Jeremiah Garza, 44, of Chandler, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more. Garza was in Smith County Jail Friday and released Saturday. He had a bond of $100,000.

Officers charged Tabitha Nicol Cooper, 27, of Houston, with assault causing bodily injury to a family member. Cooper was in Smith County Jail Friday and released Sunday with time served.

Troopers charged Eric Jerome McCuin, 30, of Vernon, with driving while intoxicated. McCuin was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released Sunday. He had a $500 bond.

Troopers charged Brian Keith McCoy, 37, of Pecos, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more. McCoy was in Smith County Jail Saturday with a $10,000 bond.

Troopers charged Joel Ray Jackson, 46, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated. Jackson was in Smith County Jail Monday and released the same day. He had a $500 bond.

Troopers charged Reginald Derane Ford, 59, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated for the second time. Ford was in Smith County Jail Saturday and released the same day. He had a $2,500 bond.

Troopers charged Cornelius Dobbins, 55, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more and possession of marijuana less than two ounces. Dobbins was in Smith County Saturday and released the same day. He had bonds of $10,000 and $500.

Officers charged John Michael Marsh, 17, of Winona, with resisting arrest search or transport and public intoxication. Marsh was in Smith County Jail Friday and released Saturday. He had bonds of $2,500 and $500.

WHITEHOUSE POLICE DEPARTMENT

Officers charged Sara Lynn McInnis, 38, of Whitehouse, with possession of a penalty group three controlled substance less than 28 grams. McInnis was in Smith County Jail Saturday with a $5,000 bond.

DEPARTMENT

Officers charged Latameshia Rockell Ross, 26, of Jacksonville, with hindering apprehension or prosecution known felon and possession or delivery of drug paraphernalia. Ross was in Smith County Jail Saturday with bonds of $10,000 and $255.
