SHERIFF’S OFFICE



Deputies charged Kaicee Deon Williams, 21, of Tyler, with injury to a child/elderly/disabled criminal negligence. Williams was in Smith County Jail Tuesday with a $75,000 bond.

Deputies charged Uandrea Latrail Thompson, 37, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated for the second time. Thompson was in Smith County Jail Tuesday with a $2,500 bond.

Deputies charged Brian Lee Pugh, 36, of Waller, with driving while intoxicated for the third time or more. Pugh was in Smith County Jail Tuesday with a $25,000 bond.

Deputies charged Kaelah Janae Miller, 22, of Humble, with robbery. Miller was in Smith County Jail Monday and released the same day. She had a $50,000 bond.

Deputies charged Serenthia Chenne Mackey, 30, of Tyler, with terroristic threat impair public/government service. Mackey was in Smith County Jail Monday and released the same day. She had a $7,500 bond.

Deputies charged Hubert Edward Kidd III, 35, of Tyler, with manufacture and delivery of penalty group one controlled substance greater than 4 grams and less than 200 grams. Kidd was in Smith County Jail Monday without bond.

Deputies charged Franklin Ronald Jackson II, 52, of Joaquin, with driving while intoxicated. Jackson was in Smith County Jail Monday and released the same day with time served.

Deputies charged Steven Lee Hill, 44, of Flint, with burglary of habitation and burglary of building. Hill was in Smith County Tuesday with bonds of $50,000 and $25,000.

Deputies charged Jasmine Hart, 29, of Houston, with theft of service between $2,500 and $30,000. Hart was in Smith County Jail Monday and released the same day with time served.

Deputies charged Elizabeth Leal Garza, 32, of Tyler, with abandon endanger child criminal negligence and theft of property greater than $750 and less than $2,500. Garza was in Smith County Jail Tuesday with bonds of $200,000 and $5,000.

Deputies charged Darrian Denise Andrews, 24, of Lancaster, with driving while intoxicated with child under 15 years of age and evading arrest detention with vehicle. Andrews was in Smith County Jail Monday with bonds of $10,000 and $20,000.

Officers charged Jose Gilbert Arizu-Hernandez, 27, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than .15. Arizu-Hernandez was in Smith County Jail Tuesday with a $1,500 bond.

ADULT PROBATION

Officers charged Kavondre Daquan Wallace, 25, of Tyler, with unlawful carrying a weapon and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces. Wallace was in Smith County Jail Monday with two bonds of $20,000 each.

Officers charged Gary Ray Hill, 62, of Tyler, with credit card or debit card abuse. Hill was in Smith County Jail Monday with a $60,000 bond.

Officers charged Nikita Caldwell, 50, of Tyler, with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol content level equal to or greater than .15. Caldwell was in Smith County Jail Monday without bond.

TYLER POLICE

DEPARTMENT

Officers charged Brandon Earl Crocker, 38, of Tyler, with evading arrest detention with vehicle, evading arrest detention and forgery of a financial instrument. Crocker was in Smith County Jail Tuesday with a bond not set.

WHITEHOUSE POLICE DEPARTMENT

Officers charged James Keith Hamilton Jr., 26, of Troup, with driving while intoxicated for the second time. Hamilton was in Smith County Jail Tuesday and released the same day. He had a $5,000 bond.
